Job Role

• Develop and design engaging and interactive training courses using e-learning authoring tools.
• Upload and organize training materials, resources, and assessments on the LMS platform.
• Customize and configure the LMS system to meet the organization’s training needs and requirements.
• Monitor course enrollment, progress, and completion metrics to assess learner engagement and effectiveness.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users experiencing LMS-related issues.

Requirement

• Proven experience in developing and delivering e-learning courses using LMS platforms
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality training materials and experiences.
• Experience in training and supporting users on LMS functionality preferred.
