POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Set up, arrange or remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders or scaffolding to prepare facilities for meetings.
- Clean and restore building interiors damaged by fire, smoke, or water using commercial cleaning equipment
- Move heavy furniture, equipment or supplies
- Clean equipment such as glassware or metal instruments, using solvents, brushes, rags or power cleaning equipment
- Clean windows, glass partitions or mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners.
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping and scrubbing
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Gather and empty trash
- Empty specialist waste bins and containers and remove to appropriate processing point in accordance with guidance and instructions provided.
- Also other duties within the scope of the job title.
Required Qualifications:
- Have an experience in cleaning. Previous cleaning experience of either a Laboratory, clinic or hospital will be an added advantage.
- The candidate should be flexible and ready to learn.
- The candidate must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions when undertaking routine cleaning duties.
- Work flexibly and prioritize tasks as required
- Have self-organization skills.
- Able to contribute effectively as part of a team to support others in ensuring satisfactory completion of tasks.

Method of Application
POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Support real time documentation on the EMR (DHIS, LAMIS, NOMIS, NGQUAL, and PITT).
- Ensure daily update of all Databases.
- Provide update on the information in the Database to the Clinician as at when needed
- Work with other project staff and stakeholders in the state to ensure that monitoring and evaluation activities are carried out appropriately to meet the donor and project’s M&E needs.
- Support in the promotion of uniform and standard procedures for data management in all service delivery points.
- Ensure all registers at the OSS and CBOs are completely and properly updated
- Ensure that there are no stock outs of data collection tools across all supported facilities.
- Assist with data collation, collection and reporting.
- Support in the transmission of data from the service delivery points to the central Data base.
- Make presentations to stakeholders at both technical and non-technical sessions on program achievements and deliverables in the state.
- Provide continuous technical assistance on data management to project implementing sites.
- Assist with regular maintenance of project databases
- Conduct routine monitoring visits to project sites, including the conduct of data verification and validation and data quality assessments (DQAs).
- Prepare the state quarterly project reports
- Support in populating the State level data validation template
- Any other duty that may be assigned by the Clinician.
- To support the use of data in improving learning and programming.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have at the minimum an OND, HND or BSc in computer science/computer engineering, health technology, statistics or other related fields.
- Two (2) year work experience in a medical records setting or a combination of education, training
- Knowledge of both orders Electronic Medical Records and paper-based patients’ records management.
- Knowledge of health program activities, guidelines and processes.
- Good Knowledge of computer with ability to operate various Microsoft word-processing software, spreadsheets, and database programs.
- Team player with good interpersonal relationships and tolerance to socio-cultural differences.
- Efficient and effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and adhere to timelines.
- Ability to follow instructions provided in verbal or written format.
