Job Description
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients in the construction and building materials industry.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, retailers, and distributors.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services.
- Communicate product features and benefits to clients, addressing their specific needs.
Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets aligned with organizational objectives.
- Regularly report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Market Research and Trends:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the team on market dynamics to inform product development and marketing strategies.
General Supervision:
- Supervision of all operational and administrative activities
- Ensure prompt, accurate and smooth production
- Ability to give proper reports on the input and output of materials and production
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an ND or NCE in Accounting or Business Administration with 1–2 years’ work experience.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the construction or building materials sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity and sales management tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Salary
- N60,000–N70,000 monthly, and some other benefits like sales commission.
- Pension

The Account officer is to perform a variety of bookkeeping, accounting, and financial tasks.Responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, keying in data into software, preparing and analyzing reports, as well as reconciling inventory.
Job Description
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
- Daily update and accurate collation of all financial transactions.
- Inputting accurate data into the database.
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements.
- Timely reconciliation of all accounts.
- In charge of sales and purchasing records keeping.
- Interaction with customers on accounting matters.
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
- Research, track, and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
- Inform management and compile reports/summaries on assigned business unit.
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws.
- Daily reconciliation of the stock position.
- Constant update of job knowledge.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all accounting data and information.
- And any other duties assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc. / HND Accounting or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience as an accountant.
- Post-graduate or professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- ACCA or ICAN Certification will be a plus but not compulsory
- Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage.
- Ability to make quick but sound decisions.
- Good ability to maintain accuracy when dealing with numbers.
