Principal Accountabilities:

• Reports to SC Fuel Management Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily supervision of fuel handling.
• Dispensing and accounting of fuel handling services,
• Ensuring compliance with HSSE standards as required for Fuel Management operations.
• Unsafe Act / Unsafe Condition reporting
• Data gathering and analyses.
• Maintain data base and conduct trend analysis.

Work Experience

• 5 years’ experience in Fuel Management Operations

Technical Skills

• Operations of video systems
• Understanding of Fuel Management Procedures and Processes
• Use of productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word)

HSE

• UA/UC Reporting – Knowledge
• ILSR – Awareness
• Goal Zero – Awareness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Permit to Work Holder
• Certified Gas Tester
• Compliance with Ethics and Compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Have good relational abilities – requirements to ensure working cordial relationship with key stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment, and work under pressure.
• Has excellent analytical skills and appreciates technical challenges.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Effective managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate high level of resilience.
• Customer Management
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

Key Interfaces:

• Logistics, Wells, Security, Pipelines and Production assets.
