Job Summary:
- We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join our eye clinic as a Front Desk/Customer Service Representative.
- The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience from the moment they arrive at our clinic.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and check them in upon arrival.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Provide information to patients regarding clinic services, procedures, and policies.
- Address patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinics appointment calendar.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Perform data entry and manage patient databases.
- Manage office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and clinic operations.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of medical supplies.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- This role requires specialized knowledge and skills in the diagnosis and treatment of critically ill patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients.
- Perform procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and mechanical ventilation management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Team Collaboration:
