Overall Purpose of Role:
Responsible for conducting, facilitating, and delivering high quality training and providing support to the Training Manager in courses design and development, monitoring and evaluating training delivery and impact, as well as the development of future training provisions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Management Team to assess training needs.
- Participate in the planning and organization of training.
- Participate in the management of equipment and preparation of training spaces,
- Maintain a database of all training materials,
- Plan and monitor purchases of training materials.
- Ensure post-training reporting.
- Participate in the improvement and monitoring of training monitoring tools.
- Facilitate training advertising and delivery in all regional INSO bases and branches.
- Ensure the achievement of the educational objectives for each training session.
- Prepare training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations,
- Facilitate in developing course appraisal and feedback systems to monitor training delivery and impact.
- Carry out any other task as assigned.
Person Specification
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- A Degree in Education or equivalent relevant and practical experience
- Excellent English and French language skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with NGOs.
- Excellent oral expression
- Experience/knowledge of NGO Safety and Security
Nice to have:
- First Aid qualifications
- Mastery of other national languages
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies, adult education, and interest in vocational training.

Method of Application
Overall Purpose of Role:
Logistics Assistant will provide support in the implementation of Logistics related tasks and adhere to INSO Policies and procedures.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Arranging Airport Transfers for staff visiting and those departing
- Organizing hotel bookings when required for staff local travel.
- Obtain pricing information and ensure quotations meet required standards related to limited procurement action.
- Ensure procurement of goods and services is done following value for money principle.
- Support the planning of vehicle utilization and ensure drivers follow the regulations.
- Ensure vehicles are in good working condition- safety belts, fire extinguishers, first aid kit.
- Stock taking of consumables and provide monthly reports.
- Issue staff with consumables as and when required.
- Assist with management of the store ensure its security.
- Support the management of office and Guest house premises and ensure equipment are in good shape and properly maintained (plumber, electricity, minor works).
- Follows up the consumption and due payment of utilities, immediately flagging to the Administration Officer any issues or areas that need to be addressed.
- Ensure all assets are in good working condition and report those that need repairs.
- Support the Physical Asset Verification.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/logistics and procurement, HR/Finance education or any related field.
- 2 Years’ practical experience preferably with and NGO.
- Computer literate (good knowledge of use of MS Office 365 package).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
