Job Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Welcoming and directing them appropriately;
• Actively involved in the receiving/sending of new shipments
• Keep up to date with product information and Perform cash processing and card payments
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all companies’ policies and procedures
• Attach price tags to merchandise payments and Stock shelves with goods
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or sending inquiries.
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directors, giving instructions
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures rules, and regulations. maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Time Commitment:

• A minimum of forty-two hours per week (8:00am – 6:00pm) is required
• Additional hours may occasionally be requested to meet the needs of busy periods, for example over the Christmas period etc

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a minimum of OND / HND / BSc
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a related role
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• Candidate must reside within Elekahia and its environs
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
