The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing sales Operations, meeting targets and managing the Key Distribution in the area.
- The ASM will also formulate a strategic development plan for assigned area.
- Managing the development of his assigned territory and ensure all customer service initiatives are in place, and a well organized and scheduled regulator store visits to ensure compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3-5yrs working in Sales role with FMCG/ Multinational experience
- Graduate in Social Science or other applicable course.

Method of Application
- Responsible for Sales and Operations function in assigned territory including correct and timely reporting of primary and secondary sales.
- Working with ASM in appointing RDS and WDS in the assigned Territory. Ensure distributor capability and market hygiene through a first time right method.

- Minimum 1-2yrs working in Sales role with FMCG/ Multinational experience.
- Graduate in Social Science or other applicable course.
