Job Description

• Intelligent and energetic young Female or Male Painting Projects Supervisor to lead the precise execution of our painting projects as well as the handling of very highly accurate measurements of buildings and spaces of all sizes and shapes.

Requirements

• Good background, preferably Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Architecture, or Civil Engineering, from a highly reputable tertiary institution.
• It’s an advantage if the candidate possesses a Project Management diploma and relevant IT Certifications from reputable Institutions.
• Proven/Tested knowledge and experience of AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel Sheet.
• Proven Experience with taking highly accurate and reliable measurements with traditional physical measuring tapes as well as Laser measuring device
• Also required, is two years minimum practical Experience in the construction industry preferably in Project Management Roles.
• Candidates must be highly intelligent and smart, with great measurement, mathematical, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions, and understand and apply business vision and direction.
• Strong Project Planning and Project Management skills, with experience in business systems support functions and project costing techniques
• Experience with Project Management software like Microsoft Project, SmartSheet, or other similar applications would place the candidate at an advantage.
