Job Description

• To execute the production plan issued daily.
• Able to manage slits and finished goods inventory.
• Manpower arrangement in the Tube mill section.
• Tube mill roll setting and roll profile inspection.
• Ensure the pipe quality, yield, and productivity per the plan.
• Prepare shift accomplishment report.

Requirements

• B.Eng, OND, or HND in mechanical engineering
• Experience in pipe making from Patra strip coils is a must.
• Should have expertise in setting mills for thinner gauges 0.35 mm and above.
• Should know about pipe quality inspection
• Knowing light maintenance of tube mills.

Job Description

• Ensure all technical parameters of the mill and welder are set well before switching on the mill.
• SS Tube mill rolls setting and roll profile inspection.
• Ensure the pipe quality, yield, and productivity per the plan.
• Prepare shift accomplishment report.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 10-13 years experience.
• Should have expertise in setting mill and operating mill for thinner gauges 0.35 mm. and above SS material.
• Should know about SS Pipe quality inspection.
• Knowing light maintenance of the mill.
