JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Ensure all items needed for external projects are ready and installers are taken proper care of.
• Work with vendors and partners to ensure project delivery.
• Secure passes and tools installers need on site.
• Prepare extra materials that may be needed for project completion.
• Prepare briefs, confirm site readiness, and reconfirm measurements where necessary.
• Assist Installers interpret drawings.
• Able to bring projects to successful completion, meeting all project goals and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any potential issues or obstacles.
• Break projects into doable tasks and establish realistic timeframes and goals.
• Ensure timely communication and reporting to Line Manager and Clients as the case may be.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in project management role.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong understanding of project management skills.
• Effective problem solving skills.
