Responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director or his delegate, the successful candidate will:

  • Help develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity in our company’s operations.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless cooperation among departments and promoting a culture of innovation, creative thinking, continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Drive the execution of business plans, achieving set goals and targets.
  • Analyze market trends and supply chain landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Would have obtained a minimum of Second Class Upper in Business Management, Social Sciences, Engineering or a relevant field, from one of Nigeria’s universities.
  • An MBA from a top university is highly desirable for this position.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar leadership role, in a related capacity.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, talent management, finance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Our ideal candidate who should be under the age of 35.

Job Description

  • We are looking for a licensed a Coaster Bus Driver who will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods and other articles of trade to our customers.
  • You will be tasked with driving and maintaining trucks that will be assigned to you, as well as working closely with our team of dispatchers in order to plan routes and track deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Record cargo deliveries.
  • Refuel and clean vehicle.
  • Follow traffic laws.
  • Inspect trucks and record issues.
  • Follow accident procedures.
  • Report mechanical problems to maintenance personnel.
  • Get staff and goods to the client on time.
  • Maintain a positive attitude with customers.
  • Keep commercial driver license up to date.

Requirements

  • Should have completed Junior Secondary School
  • Our ideal candidate who should be under the age of 35years old
  • Comfortable driving to any part of Nigeria.
  • Fluency in more than one of Nigeria’s major languages and at least three years of experience will be an advantage.
