• Conduct site visits and assessments to determine the feasibility of solar installations.
• Design and engineer solar energy systems that meet customer needs and comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare detailed project proposals, including cost estimates and system specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful installation and commissioning of solar systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest solar technologies and industry trends.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the sales and marketing teams.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and content related to solar products and services.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote solar solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients and industry partners.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in solar energy system design and engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems and components.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies is a plus.
• Knowledge of local and federal regulations related to solar energy installations.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
