• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer with expertise in fintech to join our legal team at motopay.
• He/She will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on all matters related to financial technology, including regulatory compliance, licensing, data protection, intellectual property, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on fintech-related matters, including regulatory compliance, licensing, data protection, and intellectual property
• Review and negotiate contracts with fintech vendors, partners, and clients
• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations impacting the fintech industry
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal risks are identified and mitigated
• Represent the company in legal proceedings related to fintech matters

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a fintech lawyer
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with fintech companies or financial institutions is preferred
