Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site Researcher role located in Abuja. The researcher will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• The researcher will also assist in designing research studies and producing reports and white papers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Social Sciences, or Statistics
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience in developing hypotheses, designing research studies, and analyzing data
• High level of proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as Python and R
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research techniques, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and experiments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in presenting research results to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple research projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with research ethics and data privacy regulations
• Experience working in a research setting, either in an academic or industry context.

Job Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Programmer located in Abuja. The Software Programmer will be responsible for designing and developing software applications according to client requirements, developing software documentation, testing and debugging code, and maintaining software applications.
• The Software Programmer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, as well as work closely with UX designers and Quality Assurance teams to produce high-quality software products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in software development and design patterns
• Excellent knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience in software development methodologies and tools such as Agile, Git, and JIRA
• Excellent knowledge of software architecture, technical design, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Cloud technologies, Microservices, and DevOps practices will be an added advantage.
