Duties and responsibilities

• Build product awareness among relevant market segments and key stakeholders
• Serve as liaison between clients and field offices
• Follow up with field offices to ensure service quality and timely adherence to service agreements
• Maintain database of assigned clients and property oversight schedule
• Conduct spot checks of properties in portfolio
• Ensure excellent customer experience and drive growth
• Coordinate enquiries and reporting effort
• Gain deep understanding of product gaps and generate ideas that can facilitate market penetration
• Generate buy-in for the product with key external stakeholders

Educational & Professional Requirements:
