Job Brief

• The Inventory Reconciliation Officer will be responsible for providing an accurate stock count, sale and stock reconciliation reports.

Duties

• Conduct and coordinate the physical stock count and reports stock levels
• Reconcile sales and stock with accounting software (QuickBooks) on daily basis across all branches and warehouses.
• Conduct verification of physical documents at the warehouses and generate reports.
• Investigate variances and report to relevant personnel and take corrective action.
• Prepare reconciliation report for the warehouse
• Reviews ALL variances on reconciliation report.
• To complete procedure Checklist and submit reports.
• To conduct cycle count as required.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: First Degree.
• 3 – 5 years work experience.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks will be considered an asset.
• Microsoft Office Suite – Proficient Level.
• Accounting experience or knowledge of basic accounting principles would be an asset.
• Willingness to work in a fast pace environment and with little supervision.
• Candidates residing around Victoria Island environs are preferred.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
