Job Description

• Collaborate with network administrators, engineers and support teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, incident reports and support activities to serve as a reference for future troubleshooting and compliance purposes
• Ensure incidents are handled promptly to minimise downtime
• Act as a good support for network related requests to facilitate efficient issue resolution
• Identifying, prioritising and escalating issues when necessary

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree (mininmum of 2.1) or its equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
