Requirements
The requirements for which are as follows:

• Professionalism and integrity.
• Strong business acumen
• Comprehensive knowledge of Micro-finance banking products
• Sound knowledge of Micro-finance services, procedures, laws and regulations
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of micro, small and medium enterprise market.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of Bankone banking software will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any of the Social Sciences preferably in Marketing.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Relevant professional qualifications will also be an added advantage
• 1-2 years cognate experience.
• Age requirement must be between 25-40 years of age.

Requirements

• Minimum of First Degree or its equivalent in any discipline plus minimum of 10 years’ experience out of which, at least, 6 must have been in financial services and at least, 2 at the senior management level.
• Possession of a higher degree and professional qualifications such as ACA, ACIB, etc would be an advantage.
• CIBN issued Certificate in Microfinance Banking.
