- Responsible for the end-to-end coordination of the implementation of consumer OTT partnership strategy and plans.
- It requires strong analytical skills, market insight, exceptional communication skills, relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of emerging market challenges, good negotiation and partnering skill, ability to work cross-functionally. Must be able to identify industry trends and key influencers.
Description
- Identify opportunities for additional revenue streams through new partnerships and monetization strategies.
- Grow recruitment and conversion of new data users through customer engagements on OTT platforms.
- Implement and manage creative marketing campaigns and promotions that increase user awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute campaigns aimed at increasing data revenue and user engagement.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to maintain databases, tools, and models for tracking and analyzing proposition performance metrics.
- Drive the implementation of scalable initiatives with partners, ensuring they meet business objectives.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with OTT providers (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google) and tech startups to enhance content offerings and drive revenue growth.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine product offerings and make informed decisions about future proposition development.
- Develop a deep understanding of our business and partners’ needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to drive revenue through collaborative efforts with partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive incremental data revenue, increase MTN digital distribution, and enhance the user experience on MTN e-store on partner’s platforms in collaboration with partners.
- Support the development and execution of joint marketing campaigns in collaboration with OTT partners to increase data usage and user acquisition.
- Conduct data product audits and reviews, customer use analysis, competitive analysis of matching products, and feedback on product enhancement
- Track the performance of launched data propositions by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), including user engagement, data revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed reports on proposition performance, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization.

- Provide input into the development of marketing plan that plays a role in effective product development, launch and quality adoption within the High Value segment
- Monitor projects and ensure they are delivered to budget and on time.
- Implement marketing strategies and initiatives to drive acquisition, usage and revenue growth of MTNNs High Value Segment customers.
- Manage and coordinate brand promotion, product launch and re-launch from end-to-end.
- Develop work implementation plan, ensuring it is in alignment with the business strategy of the segment.
- Continuously identify, review and monitor demographic profiles of the High Value segment customers

- To support the business in understanding and utilizing business intelligence information in order to make informed decisions
Description
- Participate in the development and review of user requirements and/or functional specifications that relate to systems implementation and appropriate use.
- Participate in designing and implementation of BI software and systems, including integration with databases and data warehouses.
- Participate in the selection, blueprinting, requirements gathering, designing, and rolling out BI solutions to end users and continually strive for a unified single version of truth across all business intelligence data used for business decision.
- Provide and articulate understanding of secondary data sources and knowledge of interoperability of data sources.
- Provide business hands-on training and first level application support on business intelligence applications
- Ensure the integrity of enterprise data information by ensuring correct business rules are adhered to, product configurations are in line with the existing data structures to support business intelligence practice.
- Provide prompt resolution of BI systems issues related to integration of peripheral systems and ensure high levels of BI availability through support functions and in-depth testing.
- Ensure that Marketing & Strategy and MTNN business requirements for data and analytics are adhered to.
- Ensure availability and integrity of customer data (usage, behavior, ARPU, etc. by geography and product) and solve intelligence and information problems and provide insight from incomplete information.
- Serve as data steward for all business intelligence data – availability and ease of use.
- Demonstrate broad understanding of best practices for data and analytics, business intelligence and technologies to support business intelligence practice
- Understand the telecoms data architecture landscape to derive value on data assets and support business decisions.
