Job Description
- To ensure that all client cards are duly completed by the attending health workers.
- Ensure that all services delivered by the health facility are duly registered in the designated registers and that all registers are filled appropriately.
- To ensure that the monthly services statistics for the facilities are duly entered into the DHIS2 database and LAMIS platform.
- To ensure the accurate collection of data in the OSS and to work to improve the quality of data generated from the facility.
- Ensure that all data from the field is entered into the designated databases; Ensure that the data generated is used to support evidence-informed programming.
- To support the use of data to improve learning and programming.
Minimum Recruitment Standard
- Minimum of HND (Medical Records) or bachelor’s degree.
- 1 year’ experience Local or International NGOs; preferably in Care and treatment Experience with use, deployment and DHIS management will be an added advantage.
- Skills using MS Excel, MS Access, SPSS and/or SAS and Epi-Info highly desirable but not necessary as trainings will be provided.
- Strong data management and analysis skills
- Hands on experience in the use of computer (Word processing, Excel, and database programs).
- Knowledge of and experience in spreadsheet and database management work.
- Good communication skills including proficiency in both written and spoken English.
