- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to enhance their performance.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular sales reports for management. Forecast sales projections and provide insights to aid in decision-making.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners. Understand customer needs and requirements to ensure effective sales engagements and successful closing of deals.
- Sales Process Management: Establish and refine the sales process to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency. Implement best practices to enhance the overall sales cycle.
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Collaborate with the finance department to create sales budgets and allocate resources effectively. Optimize the use of budgets to achieve the best possible results.
- Sales Training and Development: Arrange training programs and workshops for the sales team to improve their product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall skills. Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team members and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and customer preferences. Use this knowledge to fine-tune sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Sales Meetings and Presentations: Conduct sales meetings, team huddles, and client presentations to communicate goals, progress, and strategy updates.
- Any other duties assigned by the CEO, for firm-wide or departmental matters.

Job Details
- Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and employees, clients or other external partners
- Aiding the CEO in the development, coordination, and implementation of strategic plans for the company.
- Attending and contributing to meetings on behalf of the CEO, reporting back and following up if required.
- Ensuring proper and timely follow-up on reports from units and departments.
- Researching for, and preparation of speeches and presentations in a variety of formats to support the activities of the CEO.
- Maintaining effective and comprehensive electronic & paper filing systems to ensure efficient flow of correspondence and documentation.
- Making local/international travel arrangements on behalf of the CEO.
- Provide technical assistance to the CEO for the execution of the Roadmap and Operating Plan for the generation of revenue
- Managing the CEO’s calendars, setting up meetings and making appointments
- Organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to the logistics of meetings
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements, when needed
- Taking minutes during meetings
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records for the CEO
- Reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails
