JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, organize, and maintain sales data in CRM systems or databases.
- Analyze sales metrics and performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights to the sales team and management.
- Assist in managing sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and invoices.
- Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Respond to inquiries from sales representatives and other internal stakeholders promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities.
- Help streamline sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide training and support to sales team members on CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Assist in maintaining customer databases and ensuring data accuracy.
- Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, orders, and requests.
- Help cultivate positive relationships with customers through timely and effective communication.
- Liaise with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to facilitate cross-functional initiatives.
- Participate in meetings and projects to represent the sales operations perspective and contribute to strategic decision-making.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Proven experience in sales support, operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google workspaces.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the projects & marketing team to develop events and campaigns that align with the company’s objectives and target audience.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target segments, trends, and opportunities for event ideas and campaign optimization.
- Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing
- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
- Manage logistical requirements for planning, staging, and executing marketing events.
- Track and plan for marketing development, fund budgets for Business Development and Product Management
- Create concepts and coordinate activities from pre-event, main event, to post-event, including topic & content, rundown, speakers/guests.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and event promotion through various channels (e.g. email marketing, social media, advertising, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Content marketing team to create engaging content for events, such as creative assets, blog posts, case studies, e-books, whitepapers that educates and attracts potential customers.
- Organize resources, finances, and campaign schedules to fulfill project objectives and deadlines.
- Guarantee effective event marketing and implementation, coordinate with numerous stakeholders.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of events, including leads and other metrics
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience in Marketing Event management and execution.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with clients and internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple marketing events.
- Certifications related to event marketing management are advantageous.
- Professional demeanor with solid verbal and interpersonal skills
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and with a wide variety of people in an environment of rapidly changing deadlines and priorities
- 1- 3 years of experience in marketing management.
