2.) Head of Architecture & Design

- This is a senior leadership role within our growing interior design company, responsible for overseeing all architectural and interior design projects—from concept development through to execution.
- The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative flair, technical excellence, and team leadership, with a strong portfolio of commercial projects.
- You’ll work closely with clients, senior management, and contractors to ensure that every design reflects the company’s high standards and aligns with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the architecture and design team, providing direction, mentorship, and support.
- Oversee the design process from initial concept through to final execution on commercial interior projects.
- Ensure the integration of architectural principles with interior design, delivering cohesive and innovative spaces.
- Coordinate with external consultants, engineers, and contractors as required.
- Maintain awareness of emerging trends, materials, and technologies within architecture and interior design.
- Present and communicate design concepts, plans, and visualisations to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of all projects.
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, building codes, and health C safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture and interior design, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong portfolio of completed commercial projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, InDesign, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design tools).
- Excellent understanding of architectural detailing, materials, construction methods, and space planning.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.
- Confident in client presentations and team coordination.

3.) Experienced Driver
Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Our client is seeking an experienced driver with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional driver.
Responsibilities
- Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
- Pick up clients from the place and at the time they’ve requested
- Collect payments and issue receipts
- Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage
- Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
- Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road construction, as needed
- Answer clients’ questions about the area and local places of interest
- Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for the client at all times
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO with 5 years of experience as a professional driver.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
