Role

• We need detail-oriented and organized Inventory Auditors in the team.
• They will be responsible for conducting regular audits of our company’s inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory levels to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
• Verify and reconcile physical inventory counts with recorded quantities in the system.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to identify root causes of inventory discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to prevent errors and losses.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in developing and updating inventory management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Monitor and report on slow-moving or obsolete inventory items.
• Participate in the development and execution of cycle counting procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years as an Inventory Auditor or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
