Role Overview
- As an intermediate product manager, you would be at the heart of our product development cycle, involved in bridging customer needs, business goals and technical solutions.
- You would be collaborating closely with cross functional teams to deliver value that enhances user experience, drives adoption and improves our software development efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Be involved in the end-to-end product lifecycle for all modules.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to translate product requirements into actionable plans and ensure the timely delivery of product features.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria for new products.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful product launches
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to drive product improvements.
- Act as a product evangelist internally and externally.
Requirements

2.) Senior Compliance Officer
Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

- We are seeking an experienced and diligent Senior Compliance Officer to join our team in Nigeria.
- This role is critical to ensuring that our operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Nigerian regulatory environment and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a compliance role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee internal compliance frameworks in line with Nigerian laws and sector-specific regulations (e.g., CBN, NDIC, SEC, NITDA, etc.).
- Monitor day-to-day operations to identify compliance risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments.
- Liaise with regulators and external bodies on all compliance-related matters.
- Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
- Deliver compliance training and awareness sessions for staff.

Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role, ideally within financial services, fin tech, banking, insurance, or similar regulated industries in Nigeria.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian laws and regulatory frameworks.

3.) Accounting & Reconciliation Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliations of payment gateways, wallets, banks, and internal ledgers.
- Investigate and promptly resolve reconciliation variances, payment failures, and posted transactions.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams to resolve transaction-related issues.
- Ensure accurate recording of transactions in the accounting system (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.).
- Support monthly and quarterly financial closings and audit preparations.
- Prepare daily and monthly reconciliation reports for internal stakeholders and regulators ( CBN, auditors).
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all reconciliations.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and reconciliation, with at least 2 years in fin-tech, banking, or digital payments.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, digital transaction flows, and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP platforms).
- Knowledge of fin-tech operations, including switching, payment gateways, wallets, and settlements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
