Responsibilities
IT Support:

• Provide first and second-line support for all IT-related issues within the company.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including servers, PCs, printers, and network devices.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and storage systems.
• Monitor network performance and security, implementing upgrades and fixes as necessary.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.

ERP System Management:

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s ERP system.
• Work with various departments to ensure the ERP system meets business requirements and integrates seamlessly with other systems.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide training and support to end-users.

System Administration:

• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Maintain system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and security audits.

Project Management:

• Assist in planning and executing IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions that support business objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect company data.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
• Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of network and server infrastructure, including Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the
