Qualifications

• Experience in Network Administration and Information Technology
• Skills and knowledge in Troubleshooting and Network Security
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g. Cisco, Microsoft)
• Experience with cloud computing technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
