Position Overview:

• We seek an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our information technology systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong technical skills and the ability to work with the IT Lead in implementing and maintaining IT solutions that support our agency’s operations and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective and secure operation of all IT systems and infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain the agency’s network infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Oversee the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various IT systems and applications.
• Lead the selection, deployment, and integration of software and hardware solutions that support the agency’s business processes and objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads to assess their IT needs and provide guidance on technology solutions to enhance their workflow and productivity.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services, hardware, and software.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial goals.
• Implement and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard the agency’s data and ensure business continuity.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for their adoption where appropriate.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management. Experience in the advertising, marketing, or consulting industry will be an added advantage
• Strong technical skills in networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency in IT project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing IT teams.
• Relevant industry certifications and knowledge of CSPs (Cloud Service Providers) are a plus.
