Job Summary

• You will be responsible for engaging with clients, resolving any issues they may have faced, and developing strategies to retain the business.
• This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage a large volume of clients.
• As an Adhoc Associate, you’ll drive the Vendease growth engine by building relationships with prospective clients and turning them into happy customers.
• You’ll actively prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our products and services.
• As a Commission based sales analyst at Vendease, you’ll manage communications between key clients and internal teams.
• This is a commission-based role.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert them into sales through various methods, such as cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
• Follow and achieve departmental sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyse market trends and data to identify sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to provide clients with the latest information and recommendations.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management on performance and progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience working in an FMCG  is an added advantage 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and close deals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate market trends and develop sales strategies.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarities with sales tools and techniques, such as lead generation and email marketing.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
