Human Resources Manager
Job Summary
- As the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing human resources strategies to support the overall business objectives.
- You will lead HR initiatives, oversee day-to-day HR operations, and contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Participate in long-term workforce planning and talent management.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolution.
- Foster a positive work environment and manage employee engagement initiatives.
Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring effective sourcing, selection, and onboarding of top talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment partners and networks.
Performance Management:
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
- Provide coaching to managers on performance-related matters.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis.
Policy and Development and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
HR Analytics:
- Utilize HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends and metrics.
- Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion:
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership to create an inclusive workplace culture.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional HR certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years working experience with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
- Not more than 45 years old.
