Job Description
- The Human Resources (HR) Officer will be responsible for managing every aspect of the human resource management; procurement, development compensation, integration and maintenance.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in various HR roles, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and benefits administration and staff retention
- Membership of any of the Human resources professional bodies, CIPM, SHRM, CIPD.

- Recruitment and Selection: Strong track record of attracting and hiring top talent through effective job postings, screening, and interviewing processes.
- Employee Relations: Managing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances while ensuring fair and consistent treatment for all employees.
- Employee Engagement: Fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee satisfaction through various engagement initiatives.
- Employment Law Compliance: Knowledgeable in labour laws and regulatory requirements, ensuring the firm’s adherence to legal standards.
- Training and Development: Ability to identifying employees’ skill gaps and develop training programs to enhance their professional growth.
- Maintenance of Employee records: Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, updating internal databases with new hire information
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Manage performance appraisal system.
