Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Kids’ Court School Foundation in Lagos.
• The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, improving employee relations, and overseeing all human resources functions for the company.

Qualifications

• HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and HR Operations skills.
• Experience in employee relations and managing HR policies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Nigeria.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional HR certification (such as PHR or CIPM) is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Human Resource Executive/ Officer.
