Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

- Utilize innovative approaches to enhance the recruitment process.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and team cohesion.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction.
Team Support & Guidance:
- Provide support and guidance to regional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate professional development and growth opportunities for team members.
- Act as a resource for conflict resolution and employee development.
Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies.

Innovative Strategies & Ideas:
- Propose and implement innovative HR strategies to address business challenges.

Supervision & Administration:
- Provide leadership and supervision to HR/Admin teams in various regional offices.
- Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative functions, ensuring efficiency.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports for analysis and decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR professional or in a similar leadership role.
