Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking, payroll processing, and employee benefits enrollment.
