Job Description
- Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
- Develops training and development programs and objectives as well as implementing learning strategies and programs .
- Designing e-learning courses, for both technical and soft skills.
- Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Supporting the development and implementation of CIL Academy program.
- Dealing with complex casework, performance, and employee relations issues.
- Identifying HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Support in Delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, succession planning, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.
- Maintaining a clear understanding and providing up to date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates; developing HR policies in line with current legislation and keeping abreast of modern HR procedures and best practice.
- Exemplifies the desired culture of the organization.
- Work effectively as a team member with the HR staff.
- Responsible for creating and introducing HR functions in our growing organization.
