- Implement and ensure compliance with approved HR policies, processes and procedures.
- Manage all employment benefits programme
- Source potential climates through various channels and manager end-end recruitment process
- Collaborate with team leaders to define job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions
- stay updated on labour laws and employment regulations to ensure the organization’s compliance
- Certification is an added advantage
- Use of Microsoft Office tools
- Data Driven and attention to details
