Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled and qualified candidates for various roles within the plantation.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring to meet operational requirements.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly, promoting a culture of fairness and respect.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Labor Compliance:

Health and Safety:

Employee Welfare:
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure the well-being of employees in terms of health, housing, and other welfare initiatives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other relevant service providers.
HR Administration:
- Oversee HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, attendance management, and maintaining employee records.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports to senior management.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Must have 0-10 years experience
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in an agricultural or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
