The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing various HR functions and supporting our organization in fostering a productive and inclusive work environment.. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. You will collaborate with management and staff to enhance employee engagement and ensure HR practices align with our company goals.Job DescriptionRecruitment and Staffing:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process, guiding managers and employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and assist in the design and implementation of employee development programs.
- Organize orientation sessions for new hires and facilitate ongoing training sessions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs. – Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
HR Administration:
- Maintain personnel records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to support organizational decision-making.
- Policy Development:
- Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure communication and adherence to HR policies across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role (2-4 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
