Hospitality Store Manager
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Keep track of all food items, dry stock, and drinks. Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Stock Arrangement: Organize and arrange dry stock and beverages efficiently to ensure easy access and optimal storage conditions.
- Order and Replenish Supplies: Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish inventory as needed. Ensure timely delivery and proper storage of supplies.
- Collaboration: Maintain clear and effective communication with management and the chef to ensure inventory aligns with menu requirements and operational needs.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming stock for quality and freshness, ensuring that all items meet our high standards.
- Lifting and Physical Tasks: Ability to lift and move items up to 10KG as part of routine stock management tasks.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions, including orders, deliveries, and stock usage.
- Problem-Solving: Address any inventory-related issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with management and the culinary team.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 10KG.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
