Heavy Duty Mechanic
Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, and adjusting mobile heavy-duty equipment used in construction.
- The successful candidate will have minimum of 8 years experience working with brands such as CAT, VOLVO, JCB, KOMATSU, and DYNAPAC.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
- Adjust equipment settings to ensure optimal performance
- Perform inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Mechanical Engineering, Trade Test, Vocational Training or related field
- Proven experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic
- Proficiency working with CAT, VOLVO, JCB, KOMATSU, and DYNAPAC equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
