Requirements

• Proven experience in security operations, preferably in the industrial sector
• Rank of Brigadier General in the Army or equivalent
• Minimum 20 years of experience in industrial security, Government Intelligence Agencies, or Armed Forces
• Sound knowledge and understanding of security systems and law enforcement practices
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop effective security strategies
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
