- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration in West Africa.
- Identify and capitalize on market gaps and trends to establish the Company as a market leader.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Oversee brand portfolio development, ensuring a strong and competitive presence in the market.
Market Expansion & Distribution
- Develop and implement a broad distribution strategy, ensuring product availability across multiple channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize pricing, promotions, and positioning strategies.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners to expand market reach.
Brand Management & Consumer Engagement
- Drive brand awareness and consumer engagement initiatives, leveraging digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with customer preferences and regional market dynamics.
- Lead the development of innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse consumer segments.
Performance & Revenue Growth
- Set and monitor KPIs for sales and marketing performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Optimize sales processes, marketing spend, and return on investment across campaigns.
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies for growth.
RequirementsCompetencies, Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care.
- Strategic thinking & market analysis – ability to identify opportunities and drive competitive advantage.
- Leadership & team development – skilled in hiring, mentoring, and managing high-performance teams.
- Negotiation & relationship management – ability to secure and expand key partnerships.
