Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Retail Banking located in VGC/Lekki.
• The Head of Retail Banking will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the retail banking team, developing and implementing business plans, managing business relationships with clients, managing financial resources, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Experience in

• Business Relationship Management and Business Planning skills.
• Finance and Sales experience
• Expertise in Retail Banking
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
• Experience in the banking industry or related field
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Professional certification such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus
