- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor pharmaceutical sales representatives to maximize their performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular feedback and guidance to the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
- 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical sales, 5 years must be in managerial level.
- Master’s Degree in Pharmacy an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
