Head of Operations (the Electricity Hub)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the team structure to ensure seamless operations at TEH and OKR completion by team members.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company’s objectives for The Electricity Hub.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and emerging opportunities for The Electricity Hub.
- Analyse competitor activities and industry developments to identify strategic advantages.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including networking, online platforms, and referrals.
- Create and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, guests, sponsors for TEH events, etc.
- Public relations between The Electricity Hub, relevant consultants, and sector operators on relevant projects and dialogues.
- Increase the company’s revenue profile and manage costs to improve operating margins.
- Organise and implement the monthly Power Dialogue (a monthly event)
- Supervise the production of blog posts and articles, digital content, podcasts, video content, etc.
- Create and implement stakeholder engagement events to improve education and enlightenment of the public.
- Contribute to positive team culture by participating in team-building activities and being a supportive and empathetic colleague.
- Develop any other document as instructed by Partner.
Requirement
- At least five years of work experience managing a team and business operations.
- Experience mentoring and coaching others.
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing senior-level client relationships.
- Excellent presentation skills. Experience presenting to clients or other decision-makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences, proposals, and RFP experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple changing and competing priorities
- English language and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure.
- Self-starter, result-oriented, high-energy level, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills
