About the job
Main Tasks / Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Manage all the branch offices ensuring compliance to company operational procedures.
- Ensure that internal and external communication with partner Universities including queries, student data compilation reports and issues are handled on a timely and appropriate basis.
- Support the establishment of new partner institutions and In-house Representatives employees that operate within ZETA BRENT offices to ensure optimal efficiency
- Responsible for the company’s operational work process improvement and transformation.
- Weekly/monthly monitoring of students’ conversion performance per branch office
- Identify and build-up activities that can increase recruitment for all ZETA BRENT partner institutions
- Coordinate and conduct training for all staff.
- Create and manage the company’s yearly calendar.
- Support the Marketing Team of ZETA BRENT in exhibitions and company-wide events during marketing outreaches and educational fairs.
- Liaise with branches on target update and help strategize on how best to meet such targets.
- Provide the marketing department with information regarding evolving requirements for tours, airport pickups, accommodations/ hotels, exam, tutorials, admissions and visas for ZBE & ZBD
- Proper evaluation of student’s documents to determine eligibility.
- Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
- Create and update SOP’s and FAQ’s for departmental training purposes
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures.
- Implements effective policies, standards and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
- Supervises the various departments to ensure prompt response to test bookings, exam registrations, tutorials and admission, visa, school fees and accommodation processing.
- Undertake projects relevant to the ZETA BRENT objectives, to be decided as and when necessary.
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of ZETA BRENT, Country Director, the board and shareholders.
- Provide strategic advice to the Country Director to enhance accurate view of the market and the company’s future.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
- Support the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of Operations lead and HR/Admin Lead.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related discipline and minimum 5years experience in international higher education student recruitment sector or related sector.
- Proven track record of achievements in overseeing students’ placements
- Must have knowledge of visa processing to the UK, USA, Canada, UAE,
- Australia, Ireland, other European, African and Asian countries.
- Must have knowledge of admission processing to UK, USA, Canada, UAE, Australia, Ireland, Turkey, New Zealand, Australia, Spain, France,
- Malaysia, China, Egypt, Netherlands.
- Knowledge of the International admissions process
- Excellent leadership and educational innovation skills.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and supervisory skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent consultative, leadership, decision-making, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated skills in areas of marketing, financial and human resources management, strategic planning, business development, and
- relationship-building.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team
- Ability to work collaboratively and consensually in an open style work environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment exercising mature judgment.
