Job description
- Manages operational activities across all tiers of an organization, overseeing strategies and process enhancements.
- Responsibilities encompass the oversight of quality assurance programs, strategic and business planning, operational functions, sales, marketing, data management, and team leadership. This entails:
- Assisting the Managing Director in setting the organization’s strategic course.
- Offering pertinent support and guidance to the Managing Director and the board, enabling effective action in alignment with the organization’s strategic and operational objectives.
