MAIN FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct performance reviews, establish goals, and facilitate professional development programs.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies as needed.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the administration of payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Manage workplace safety and security, including emergency response procedures.
  • Coordinate administrative functions, such as office maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that align with clients’ overall business strategies.
  • Conduct client needs assessments, proposing tailored solutions, and managing projects for clients.
  • Preparation of Tenders.
  • Provide strategic HR consulting to clients, addressing their unique business challenges and needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on HR matters.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs for clients.
  • Monitor and analyze key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Stay abreast of HR trends, best practices, and legislative changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date consulting services.
  • Provide strategic HR consulting to clients, addressing their unique business challenges and needs.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in social/ management science or a related field. MBA.
  • 10 years of work experience in HR management, with a focus on administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and benefits administration.
  • Srong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • CIPM membership is mandatory.
