Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Associate to play a key role in enhancing our fintech application system and driving investments to raise deposits on the application.
• The Growth Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies, ultimately contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the current application system and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance user experience, streamline processes, and drive higher conversion rates.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract new users to the app, leveraging a mix of digital marketing, partnerships, and targeted campaigns.
• Source for new clients, generate new leads, maintain and manage both newandexisting client base.
• Workclosely withthemarketing teamto develop compelling messaging, content, and campaigns that resonate with the target audience. Build and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders, such as financial institutions, investment firms, and potential investors.
• Drive initiatives to raise deposits on the app by promoting investment opportunities, highlighting benefits, and addressing user concerns.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Provide regular reports and insights on growth metrics, conversion rates, and deposit growth to the management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or business development within the fintech, finance, or investment industry.
• Strong understanding of user behavior, customer journey optimization, and conversion rate optimization principles.
• Experience with data analytics tools to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and banking operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
